Tsinghua Holds Welcome Ceremony for Freshmen Students

A Welcome Ceremony was held for the more than 3,300 freshmen on August 18.

Tsinghua University President Gu Binglin delivered a speech on the Welcome Ceremony

Tsinghua University President Gu Binglin, Tsinghua University Council Vice Chairperson Chen Xu, Tsinghua Vice President Kang Kejun, Tsinghua Vice President Zhang Fengchang, Tsinghua Vice President Xie Weihe, Tsinghua University Council Vice Chairperson Han Jingyang, Tsinghua Vice President Cheng Jianping, Tsinghua University Council Vice Chairperson Shi Zongkai, Tsinghua University Council Vice Chairperson Deng Wei, and Tsinghua Vice President Qiu Yong attended the Welcome Ceremony hosted by Tsinghua Vice President Yuan Si.

Registration for the new students was held on August 17.
